Everyone has their unique heartbeat as their unique rhythm. It is like a pendulum and is actually very boring. Every day is about the same. Today is a little bit different from yesterday, and tomorrow is a little bit different from today. That's all.
After my father died, I took his stethoscope. I use it to listen to my heartbeat. It sounds hollow, so I use the bass and beat that sound hollow.
